Charles the Prince of waves

THE Prince of Wales shows his support for the Help for Heroes crusade — with a Mexican wave.

Charles joined in the fun at an all-star rugby match which raised £1.1million for The Sun-backed campaign to help wounded soldiers.

The Prince and wife Camilla wore Help for Heroes wristbands as they sat in the Royal Box at Twickenham.

Charles FLUFFED his first Mexican wave attempt, raising his arms at the wrong moment, but got it right next time around.

The couple were among 52,000 fans who saw Rugby World Cup winners Martin Johnson and Lawrence Dallaglio play in a Help for Heroes XV against a Rest of the World team. Prince William and Defence Secretary Des Browne also attended the match.
