Blind radio producer Mikey and bubbly Welsh lass Rachel hugged each other excitedly as they realised they were the final two housemates.
Self-loathing albino Darnell was the first housemate to be shoved out of the Big Brother house during a raucous programme.

Third ... sexy Sara
He squealed, "No, no, no!" as Davina read his name out leaving him in fifth place.
"Booo!" shouted Rex, before giving Darnell a big hug and telling him, "I love you."
Darnell told his pal, "I love you too," before turning to hug the other housemates.
He seemed in high spirits as he galloped to the front door carrying a toy donkey - one of Big Brother's ever-changing special prizes.
The rapper, wearing his eviction hoodie and bizarrely, a white skirt and white glasses, was evicted to a chorus of boos.
His exit dashed his hopes of claiming the glittering £100,000 prize.
The crowd soon became more friendly and chanted his name much to his delight.
The songwriter picked up a shocked Davina McCall and spun her around before she had chance to introduce him to the crowd.
The 26-year-old had once been tipped to win the series for his straight-talking manner.
But his chances of victory took a dive after a series of sexist outbursts against Aussie love interest, Sara.
BB bosses threatened to strike him from the show after he called his on-again off-again love interest a “sl*t”.
During a brief eviction interview Darnell was embarrassed after being shown a series of clips displaying his negative attitude towards life. He held his head in his hands as he realised how depressing he sounded.
But he told Davina he felt better about himself after hearing the reaction of the crowd. He said: "I think I just need a big a** hug or something."
Davina also pushed Darnell on his relationship with 27-year-old Aussie saucepot Sara. Darnell said: "I like to cuddle that's all."
But he admitted that he would like to "go out for some pizza" with his sexy pal.
As he took his place on the podium Darnell also told Davina: "I've only been in the country for a year and a half but I'm proud to live here and I wanna thank the nation for accepting me."
Rex was next to face the crowd as he was left in fourth place, much to the disappointment of long-term girlfriend Nicole who cheered him on from the housemates podium.
The plummy chef got the BBoot despite a late rally of votes for him to clinch the glittering £100,000 prize.
The redhead exited the house to a chorus of cheers and jeers, wearing a denim jacket and white jeans.
He wore a broad smile as he paraded through the rain, waving at Nicole, who earlier told Davina she still wants to be with him despite allegations he cheated on her at least EIGHT times.
In his interview with Davina, the moody redhead defended his bullying antics on the show, saying anyone who takes themselves too seriously on BB shouldn't be on the show.
Of Mikey, he said: "Mikey is the grumpiest man alive."
Davina also questioned him about his time in the house whle Nicole was there.
Rex said: "When Nicole came in, I had to defend myself and defend her. I felt I could be myself a lot more when she wasn't there."
The pair’s volatile relationship went on a rollercoaster ride as Nicole struggled to settle into life in the house, and endear herself to her HMs.
Earlier in the night, Rex and Darnell both tipped Rachel to win the series, but after his exit changed his mind, saying: "The crowd seems to love Sara."
But it was not to be as Davina soon afterwards announced that Sara would be next to get the BBoot leaving her in a respectable third place.
The 27-year-old Aussie sauce-pot, who has spent her time in the house flirting with albino rapper Darnell, looked shocked and sad as she told Rachel and Mikey that she was "happy to go".
Rachel made her promise that they would go shopping over the weekend.
Sara had wanted love-interest Darnell to win.
Sexy Sara, dressed in a raunchy leopard print dress, left the house to wild applause and cheers.
She looked thrilled but shocked and nervous as she met Davina and waved at the crowd.
During her eviction interview Davina asked Sara about her turbulent relationship with albino rapper Darnell. Sara said: "I think me and Darnell are close, close friends. We've had our down times but I have forgiven him, I don't hold a grudge and I feel like we've gotten stronger and stronger and stronger."
She added: "I do like Darnell, yes I do."
As Davina asked if there could be more than friendship between the pair Sara replied: "Who knows, you know what, I don't even know."
Sara also told Davina she now wants Mikey to win.
"He makes me laugh so much, he's the funniest guy, he's just so random with what he says," she said.
Asked what she had learnt from her time in the house the stunning brunette told Davina she had learnt that her voice was not as irritating as she had first thought as she made it to the final.
She said: "It has been the best time of my life, it really has."
And she squealed as Davina handed over her £25,000 cheque which she has won in a shocking twist earlier in the series.
Now it's left to pals Rachel and Mikey to battle it out for the £100k prize.
