Shoppers watched 34-year-old Posh negotiate polished tiles in her TWIGGY-style Sixties outfit and thread-thin killer heels.

She was taking CRUZ, three, ROMEO, six, and BROOKLYN, nine, to a teddy party at an LA store and chose the metallic platforms, by Canadian designer Dsquared2, to walk through the mall.

An onlooker said: “She looked like she was balancing on two ballpoint pens.”

Not surprisingly the fashionista shunned the stair in favour of the lift.
