Wilko dislocated a knee last week, ruling him out of the four autumn Tests.
But Cipriani, 20, said: “I feel dreadfully sorry for Johnny after all the work he has done to get fit but I can’t think about England at the minute.
"I need to think about playing for Wasps and playing well. I’ve only just come back so I need to get a few games under my belt.”
Lesley Vainikolo scored one try and made another in Gloucester’s win to underline his claims for another England chance.
Martin Johnson dumped the winger from his Elite squad and the Saxons.
But Vainikolo said: “I’ve not given up my England dream. If I play well enough for Gloucester, then I believe the selectors will consider that.”
