Football fan Williams faces Australia just four days after slaying the Wallabies in Cardiff.
The Ospreys wing wonder, 31, said: “Playing for the BaaBaas is one of the last things left for me to achieve in rugby.
“And I never thought I’d get the chance to play at Wembley. That’s going to be special.”
New Zealand captain Richie McCaw, 27, will also make his Barbarians debut.
He said: “Rooming with guys you normally beat the hell out of — or vice versa — is pretty good!”
